Cancellation Rights

You can cancel any online order (excluding made to measure products) and receive a refund (excluding any shipment charges and any financial fees) by completing the “RMA request” at any time before the product is dispatched or within 14 days starting on the day after delivery. Return Merchandise Policies

All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

You can obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization from your private area at . The RMA number must appear on the shipping label and on any documents you include with the product.

Products must arrive here in the same condition as when you received them. All paperwork, including warranties and instructions, must be returned along with the original packaging. Place the manufacturer’s box into a shipping box (plastic bags are not sufficient packaging). DO NOT put any stickers, labels, tape, or marks on the original manufacturer’s packaging.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned goods prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange. Refunds will only be made to the original card of purchase.


Faulty/Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that goods supplied (including special order and made-to-measure items) are faulty or damaged, we will exchange the goods or provide you with a full refund including delivery charges.

Notification of any defect or damage must be made within 14 days of the goods being delivered to you and obtaining a Request Material Authorisation number in your private area, completing the corresponding form “RMA request”.
