The goods will be delivered within 2 or 3 weeks (12-18 working days) after ordering, depending on their finishing and dimensions features and according to the “Economy” transport fees.

At the moment of ordering, the Customer may choose “Express” delivery conditions (delivery within 1 week maximum), whenever the goods allow it. To get this option, weight and dimensions for the packages shall respect the limits as follows:

    - Length <= 94.50 inches (2.4 m)
    - Width <= 47.25 inches (1.2 m)
    - Height <= 59.0 inches (1.5 m)
    - Weight <= 154 lbs (70 Kg) – for single package (loose products)
                      1102 lbs (500 Kg) – for palletizing package

Packages that overpass those conditions are considered as awkward freights and will not be allowed to be sent in “express” conditions.

All quoted delivery dates and times are estimated and although we will try our best to meet them, time is not and shall not be deemed to be essence of the contract (we will not be responsible if we are unable to do so). We will let you know if we cannot deliver your products within 30 days from the moment when we receive your payment and will give you the option to either wait for the Products or cancel your order and receive a full refund.

We strongly recommend that you do not book fitters or trades persons until your order has been delivered and checked by you. We cannot be held responsible for any third-party costs or charges, which you incur due to non-delivery of an order, or orders that have not been checked on delivery.

To minimize inconvenience we will, whenever possible, try to make one single delivery to you. This means that if your order contains a mix of products with different delivery lead times, the longest lead-time will apply to the whole order.

Those Products which have been specially marked as a “Express” delivery conditions during ordering, will be sold and invoiced as a separate purchase order (contract)

All orders will be delivered to a single address.

All deliveries must be received and signed for by a person over the age of 18. If no one is available to take the delivery, we will leave details at the address to rearrange delivery.The Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of goods whenever they are tendered for delivery, including a proper device for unload if necessary.

We may need to make an additional handling charge for redelivery.

Risk of loss and damage in the Products will pass to you on the date when the Products are delivered or on the date on which we make our first attempt to deliver them to you.
